River and Pebble Beach at Dolgead Hall

We are very lucky to have the beautiful River Banwy running along the border of our park.  We are only ten miles from the source of this river and the sparkling, crystal clear water comes down to us from the rolling Welsh hills.

With easy access to the river from the park it is greatly used by all our park residents.  On a hot summers day children paddle and splash from the pebble beach or you will find fly fisherman trying to lure grayling and salmon.

For the less energetic you can just sit at one of the many benches on the riverside, relax and listen to the water running along the rocky river bed.

This great natural resource is just one of the many wonderful natural features of Dolgead Hall that our residents use and love.
