Warmer weather is just around the corner - honest!
If the old saying is anything to go by we are in for a lovely warm dry summer - Oak before Ash, we're in for a splash.
David Hunt has stepped down from running the quiz nights at Dolgead Hall, if anyone is interested in taking up the challenge please let us know.
Many thanks to David and to Gary Staniford for all their dedication over the past few years.
We will be hosting our usual two barn dances and bank holiday activities over the next few months in what should be a roasting hot summer - it's got to happen sooner or later!
The winning photograph of this years wildlife photographic competition was of a Painted Lady Butterfly taken by Tony Cooper, see photo opposite.
Copies of the best photographs are on display in the games room foyer.
